ECCH and DEGREE in EUROPE: Although not required in Australia for Clinical Psychotherapeutic Practice, ICHP is, on behalf of overseas Graduates wishing to work in any of the 41 countries covered by the European organisations, seeking accreditation by the European Association of Hypno-psychotherapy (EAHP) to award the European Certificate of Clinical Hypnosis (ECCH). With a further 3 years study, overseas graduates would then be able to apply to the European Association of Psychotherapists (EAP) to use the title "Psychotherapist" throughout those 41 countries.

All students (overseas and Australian) with an ICHP Advanced diploma and the requisite 500 Clinical hours post training (with appropriate Supervision hours) are able to enrol to upgrade to the ICHP Associate Degree prior to September 2011 with an additional 300 hrs of Specialisation and Supervised practical training. In-coming students at the commencement of the new ICHP Associate Degree Course in September 2011 must, from initial enrolment, complete 4 years of Study and Supervised practical training for the award of the Associate Degree. The additional three post-graduate years, after the 4 years of the Degree, will be at ICHP Graduate Diploma and/or Master's degree level. In Europe this will, in addition, permit application to the EAP for classification as a Psychotherapist if desired. The ICHP Foundation Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma will still be available in the current format.

NB: ICHP(Australia)will always seek to minimize Fees due for its Courses but reserves the right to announce changes to the above fee structure when circumstances dictate that this is necessary. The Fees will remain unchanged for FY 2010-2011 and are as stated above.
